We cross Open Access Hinton Hill with good Calcareous grassland, descend to Dyrham village, and then up Sands Hill via the Jubilee wood extended by the Wardens to enter White field in Dyrham Park ( Wild flower meadow rich in Orchids). Down through trees to the house and back on the Cotswold Way

2 stiles and 2 climbs, one stiff and the other gentle.

This walk is organised by Cotswold Voluntary Wardens, the voluntary arm of the Cotswolds Conservation Board. These walks offer an interesting and often entertaining way of exploring our wonderful Cotswold countryside and landscape. All walks by the Voluntary Wardens are FREE OF CHARGE however donations are welcome and help us to take care of the countryside.

PLEASE: always remember to wear appropriate footwear because some walks may be steep and muddy in places. Dogs are not allowed on walks, except guide dogs and hearing dogs.
