In the Foxcote Valley
A rural walk over hills with fine views in all directions. It starts near the interestingly named St Paul’s Epistle goes to Shill Hill and the Foxcote valley.
St Paul’s Epistle is where a local priest, walking the parish bounds with his parishioners, paused to read from the bible. There are good views from Foxcote Valley towards the Shiptons and Withington in one direction and Hilcot and Cheltenham in the other.

This walk is organised by Cotswold Voluntary Wardens, the voluntary arm of the Cotswolds Conservation Board. These walks offer an interesting and often entertaining way of exploring our wonderful Cotswold countryside and landscape. All walks by the Voluntary Wardens are FREE OF CHARGE however donations are welcome and help us to take care of the countryside.
