Go Red Trek

Join women's cancer charity, The Eve Appeal, as they Go Red and Trek through the stunning Cotswolds on Saturday 28th September and help raise funds for medical research.

Every day in the UK 58 women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer and 21 women will die. That's 21 mothers, daughters, sisters, wives or partners every day.

The Eve Appeal are determined to change these shocking statistics, but they need your help.

Register today, trek an incredible 25km (approx. 15.5 miles) and help The Eve Appeal to raise much-needed awareness whilst also raising funds for their ground-breaking research into risk prediction, earlier detection and screening.

When you sign up you will receive:
- One-to-one support from a member of The Eve Appeal Fundraising Team
- Email Sports Pack to help get your fundraising underway
- A free Eve Appeal branded 'Go Red' t-shirt to wear on the day
- A free packed lunch per person as well as a hot snack at the finish and water stops along the way
- Route guides per person

The Route
We will meet in the early morning on Saturday 28th in Bourton-on-the-Water, also known as “Venice of the Cotswolds” – a truly beautiful location to start our challenge! Here you will register, receive your t-shirt and have an event briefing.

The trek then heads out onto the Monarch’s Way where we will walk alongside the River Windrush, passing Clapton-on-the-Hill and Farmington before reaching Northleach.

After passing through Northleach, we join the Macmillan Way passing through the small villages of Hampnett and Turkdean, continuing our trek to the Cold Aston. The final leg of our trek will join the Gloucestershire Way before moving on to the Windrush Way and then heading back in to Bourton-on-the-Water for a triumphant finish.
