Guided walks

The Cotswolds Conservation Board provides a walks and events programme for the AONB. On this page you can search for hundreds of guided walks and events, which are provided across the year.

Most of the walks are led by the Cotswold Voluntary Wardens and the events are run by a variety of other organisations such as National Trust, Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.  All guided walks are FREE OF CHARGE unless otherwise stated.  Donations are welcome and help us to conserve the countryside.

PLEASE: always remember to wear appropriate footwear because some walks may be steep and muddy in places. Dogs are not allowed on walks, except guide dogs and hearing dogs.  It is also advisable to check the website or call the walks leader beforehand for details of any changes.

Key:
EASY - length may vary, but terrain is mainly flat (level)
MODERATE - includes some hills and some rough ground
STRENUOUS - may be rough underfoot and ascents and descents may be steep

Click on the drop-down menu below to view all guided walks or by monthly calendar list.

Just turn up and enjoy - no need to pre-book!
