The Cotswolds Conservation Board is running a programme of hedgelaying training courses in the midland style. The beginners course will teach the basics of hedgelaying including clearing, trimming, cutting and laying the pleacher, staking and binding.

The intermediate/refresher courses develop these skills on a more challenging hedge as well as providing an opportunity to dust off old hedgelaying skills. Each course is 2 days long from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
